Hi! I'm a PhD student working on electrophysiology with Voltage clamp
technique using a sodium phosphate transporter. I really would like to
try to understand what is the 3D structure of my transporter ( 600 AA)
but i do not have homology cristallized proteins. I guess i scould do
ab initio modelling. Could you tell me if there is some Phd school in
wich i can learn how to do this???
