GOD'S INSPIRATIONS

Inspiration awakens the thought process
A mind in thought is influenced by many things
It could be by the beauty the eye will process
In the nature of God's creation of things

It may be strong feelings tugging at my heart
Of memorable moments to capture in writing
Bible stories and scripture about life to impart
Sermons I hear or songs I've heard, are all inviting

Inspiration comes from books I read
My family or trips or about favorite things
The Bible inspires my writing of spiritual needs
The desire to put in writing thoughts about many things

It may be one single word that inspires me
Inviting me to sit at the computer
Waiting to see what God desires of me
To be typed on the keyboard of my computer

Many people have asked me how I can write so many poems. I give God the credit because I know He inspires me. I do get ideas from all of the above things I mentioned but God is the one who inspires and nudges me to write about them. The first binder of poems I put together was titled "God inspired poems."

Have you thought about where you get your inspiration or what or who inspires you?
I told you where I get my inspiration and it's probably the same place as you, even if you may not be inspired to write poems. I'm sure you do get inspired about something.
Guard your heart and thoughts that come to your mind. Ask God to inspire you. You just might find a hidden talent God gave you that you have not discovered.
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all.
