Update on meeting place

Thank you for your prayers, and especially to those who wrote to tell us that they were praying.

 

This week we were able to research things a bit more and start coming to a consensus as a church an offer we might be able to make.  We still will need time to pray over this (and obviously we ask you to pray as well), and refine what we may be able to offer.  Let me give you a few details on the place and the situation:

 

The building would be ideal for several reasons:

 

1)      It has an apartment as well as a meeting place.

2)      It is in an extremely visible location – on a major intersection that almost everyone passes coming into Domodossola.

3)      It has a small meeting room that could be used now, that is right next to a larger room that could eventually be added to provide a very large meeting place.

 

What we as a church would be able to offer (as a rental or for purchase) would be reasonable but quite low – especially compared to their expectations.  Hence we would be depending on the Lord to open the door for us.  But that it exactly what we would want. We do not want to get into this place if it is not clearly God’s will for us.
