Hello all,
As you know, I missed last week due to my daughter's surgery. I have gone over the missed stuff, but am finding myself at a standstill when it comes to making up 20 minute warm-up flows for each posture.
I feel like each warm-up will basically be the same, with just a minor change here and there. Also, I'm finding it hard to come up with stuff for the easier postures like Tadasana. How do you warm up to stand? haha.
Anyway, let me know if you all have more insight having actually attended the weekend training.
