Warm-Up Flows

Hello all,

As you know, I missed last week due to my daughter's surgery.  I have gone over the missed stuff, but am finding myself at a standstill when it comes to making up 20 minute warm-up flows for each posture.

I feel like each warm-up will basically be the same, with just a minor change here and there. Also, I'm finding it hard to come up with stuff for the easier postures like Tadasana. How do you warm up to stand? haha.

Anyway, let me know if you all have more insight having actually attended the weekend training.

I completely understand!  I may be completely off base - but the way I have done my warm-up flows is to look at each posture to see what muscles are specifically being stretched or strengthened.  Then - I have based each flow off of warming up those particular muscles.

Hope your little one is doing OK!  I know how hard it is to see your baby go through surgery!!!!!!!
