Ajay,
There are 99 reports waiting for approval & hence not appearing on powercuts.in
All the reports must be approved irrespective of format. In fact if there is a switch to auto-approve all reports please turn it on. Format correction can always be done later.
We are not doing good to the person who has taken pains to send a report.
If you still differ please take a vote here.

Agreed. But we follow a format for a reason.
Please do not approve reports without following the format.

We dont need a vote here. Approving on NON junk reports is fine. Its a two minute task I guess, select all->Approve.

But I would really like someone to help with proper moderation/formatting of reports.

I am definitely talking about relaxation in the definition of junk.
Let select-all-approve be done without botheration of junk reports if there aren't any moderation volunteers.

I am only worried with reports like this: http://powercuts.in/admin/reports/edit/997

We cant do a select all-> approve.

Also when doing that, if we randomly scroll through the cumulative reports, it gives us an idea which kind of reports to exclude when doing an "unmoderated" "approve all" of reports.

I think this is still required.
