Tracking volunteer contribution + time spent

Hi,

Created this sheet to keep a track for time and effort we/volunteers put in. 

Right now I do not have a way to incentivise the volunteer time spent by everyone here. But I do want to keep a track + for future use.

Will also create a volunteer signup/interest form and integrate on Site, which will enable new volunteers to directly register their interest to contribute to the project and help us direct them to priority tasks. Will do this tomorrow again.
