Cancellation of Postini Account

I'm a Google Apps premium customer and therefore have a postini
account with message archiving for 3 month.
I want to enhance it to 10 years which is also provided by postini. In
Switzerland the service is sold through Vaices Germany. However they
can't set up the 10 year account as long as my account uses the
postini part of the premium edition. My question was if it's possible
to delete my postini account? I tried to contact Google Support but
got no answer for weeks.

Yea, i have the same problem. Tried contacting both postini and google
and no one wants to cancel my account. I even got a tech at postini
and she tried to call them and get it cancelled for me, but it didn't
work. She said it has to be done through google message security
because that's how it was purchased.

I really expected better customer service than this. Especially now
that I'm a google apps premier customer.

After about 10 weeks it happened. My Postini account was deleted
yesterday!
