Still waiting for Activation Email and Google Order is not YET COMPLETED

I have signed up on Nov-1-2008 , for Postini Inbound email filtering.
I am so upset right now its been 3 days now and there is no activation
email no order completion I have send several emails to Postini
Billing and Google Support and no one even cares to respond me back .
This is very unprofessional.

Google such a big company but worst support and worst respond time so
far. If you are from Google Team please kindly send me my activation
email I am waiting for my activation email so I can start my email
filtering.

We're having a similar problem but I just don't have time to hunt
people down. We purchased Message Security and everything works, but I
need access to the Postini Portal (not to be confused with the Admin
portal), but that is simply not working at all. I've signed up dozens
of times, but still nothing. Oh well :(

Have you tried all the steps here:

The most common issue is that the activation key was caught in an
existing spam filter (Outlook Junk Folders, or other if your email was
not in the intended domain).

I checked with our support team, and we still have some tidying up to
do for your domain. That's why the replacement key did not work. We'll
