Trying to reach Postini support

I have signed up for Google Apps and Postini. I received my welcome
email from Postini indicating the I would receive my activation email
within 2 business days. That was on April 29th. This project is
quickly coming to a halt. Good thing I am still in my 30 trail. I
have been on hold with support from 1 hour and 30 minutes with no
answer. Anyone got and ideas. ANYONE?

I think you are doing all you can at this point. Hang in there. Once
you get a live person on the phone their support is great. I am
currently noticing no activity within the Admin graphs this past
hour..they may be slammed with calls.

How/where do I find this magic phone # to talk to someone??
I've written the google apps sales team multiple times but the last several have gotten me absolutely no response..
