Hi,
We use Postini to manage spam on our premium Google Apps domain and
Postini is working fine, however sometimes an email will pass through
Postini (due to being on a white list for example) but then still be
sent to the Gmail spam box. Is there no way of stopping mails being
marked as spam by Gmail if they have already been approved by Postini?
If not it seems to make the Postini white list feature a little
useless!
Kind regards,
Ross Davis

The easiest way at this time, is to use IMAP and manage the junk email
in the Gmail spam folder with your mail client. I would assume
eventually, Gmail users will be able to turn off spam filtering if
they are using Postini.
