That is good to know. Glad you replied.

Just waiting for someone to say something. Most of the

I never cared much for Yahoo. Google is fine, but you can still belong to any
Yahoo group. I got on to a Yahoo group through Google. Go figure!

That is good. People who have a lot to say usually don't say much that is
worthwhile anyway.

Absolutely! I think you should. Had you not been feeling so tired, I would
have said, "try keeping it up". But if the aerobics are not reducing your
fatigue, by all means change to every four days; otherwise you won't be able to do
any at all!

<< I am working longer hours for work..but the work is sedatary...but I still get tired mid afternoon..and want to take a nap.>>

Earlier during the onset of my PPS (I began feeling the symptoms in 1989) I
used to get very tired at around 2:30pm. Then the fatigue set-in a bit later,
say at about 4:00pm. A few months later I could not keep my eyes open right
after dinner. I went to the doctor and told him about it. He said it was tyroid
hyperactivity. Gave some pills to "energize" me. About a year later he said the
tyroid "got all better" and was no problem anymore. But I insisted in taking
the little pill (half the dosage) because I read that many polio survivors use
it to reduce fatigue. It does help me. It reduces the level of fatigue but it
does not eliminate it. I still get very tired during late afternoon.
