We're planning to meet on November 10th at 7pm for a discussion of
this project.

Tony Pfannenstiel has offered his home as a meeting place. His address
is 1991 SW Mill St. Terrace, 97201. It's in Goose Hollow, just south
of the turnabout at SW 18th & Jefferson. Here's the map:

Please RSVP if you'd like to attend. If you'd really like to
participate but can't make that time, please respond with your
availability.

Hope to see you all there, and meet a few of you for the first time.

Matt

Sounds good Matt and Tony,

Please put together and agenda of items you want to cover, goal(s) and set some time limits to discuss each.  No doubt we may not reslove all of them but that will produce a task list and timeline to reach the goal(s).  No need for one or two people to carry the full load.  Once we know whwere you want to tak this, we can assemble the task, tools and people to make it happen.

I would like to join you, but I told a friend/colleague that I would attend a fundraising event for her new film project....and that is at 7:30 p.m. up in Ridgefield, alas.

Matt, I can't get there. Glad there is energy behind this and sorry I can't participate more.

No problem, Sue and Laurence. We'll take notes about the discussion
and next steps, and send them out to the rest of the group so that you
can respond and participate in the future as time allows.

Per John's suggestion, I'll assemble an agenda for Thursday and send
it out by Thursday morning.
