We use Craig's Lawn Service, 703-919-1028 for mowing, raking, gutter cleaning and general yard work.  We found him in Consumer Checkbook and have been very happy with his work.

We have had our lawn mowed, leaves raked and gutters cleaned by Matthew J. Miller for about 15 years. 

He can be contacted via his web site at http://matthewjmillerinc.com/

 

I believe he is available to take on whatever package of services you want.
