Hi, I need some advice.
1. My schedule looks like this: I have to go to school at 6.50AM then I come back at 1.10PM, then I have free time, and I have to go to my training 6.40PM - 10.00PM. I would like to start Everyman 3, so Which hours do you propose to core and naps?
2. As I mention, I'm training about 1h on gym and after that 1h30 basketball trainig. Is this kind of sleep could have some bad influence on my physical?
