Youtube doesn't really have much. 99 percent of the poly vids are
failed and aborted attempts. There's a few brief "documentaries" which
are basically about how impossible it is (i.e. kinda negative).
There's only one successful person on there. He has been doing
everyman since 2007 and lives in Canada. He made one relatively high
quality video of his quest. His sn is edjourney. IMO, he's probably
the most inspirational/helpful. Not so much the video but he has a
blog which he's been doing since his 2007 start.

On YouTube I found 2 Channels of people who successfully adapted to
Uberman.
The first is from a (seemingly) french guy (judging by his accent)
which is a VERY good diary which also includes the Zombie-Phase and
how it affected him.
The second one is from a girl named Aeia which is very refreshing to
watch, though she started posting videos only after Day 5/6 of her
adaptation phase. But she sums up the first 10 days in the first
video.
The guy's videos are about 2 years old and the girl's one are pretty
new with her first one from 3 weeks ago and her newest one only 4 days
ago (as of 06. July 2009)
