It looks feasible to me. But I think it could be made better. You
might feel groggy waking up from 1hour nap1. Because in 1 hour you are
going to be in a pretty deep sleep and it is harder to wake up from
deep sleep. But after few minutes activity after that you should feel
fine. It looks like you are trying to fit your schedule into your work
schedule. Can't you fit another nap in the morning 7:30am-7:50am? Can
you have your nap2 in the evening earlier? I guess it would be easier
if you try to stick with the original Everyman sleep. It seems that
people have different capabilities of adapting to polyphasic sleep so
either way might be easy or hard for you.
Adapting to Everyman can be hard by itself so I guess it might be
better thinking about Uberman after you adapt to Everyman.
