Who's a good Host Site?

Hey;

I'm very new to podcasting. I do a terrestrial radio show which I
record and post as a webcast, and I want to expand into podcasting. I
have, like, zero technical knowledge. All I can do is create an MP3
and upload it ( I currently use Live365 for my webcasting). I've been
looking around for a host site that works as simply as that, and I came
across PodHoster.com. It looks kind of easy so I signed up for the
30-day free trial. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience
with PodHoster - are they a good site, do they get much traffic, is
there anyone else I should be looking into?

Any ideas greatly appreciated!
