Need Help: Podcamp for Northern (Middletonwn) California

Every year, my small town has an annual festival during Father's Day
Weekend. It begins that Saturday and ends on Sunday. There is always
a parade down Main Street to kick the event off. This is followed by
an outdoor festival with both vendors and a rodeo. Last year, a new
wrinkle was added. A wireless ISP shot a broadband signal from across
the street to the outdoor festival area. This meant anyone with a
laptop computer and Wi-Fi access could use Skype to make free phone
calls to their sons and daughters serving in Iraq. Now, that was a
nice touch regarding technological innovation - especially for this
small town. In addition, an international buzz for the small town was
created through an online network called Ryze which resulted in the Fox
News Channel paying a visit to this small town for the first time in
the 45-year history of the festival.

This year, I would like to add an outdoor podcamp to the festivities.
However, I need to connect with some folks in Northern California who
would be interested in helping me do this. Since I have never done
anything remotely (pun intended) like a podcamp, I need lots of help to
pull something like this off.
