Garden Update: Spring is springing!

Gardeners,

Today's wave of warmth has us all thinking about gardening. A few reminders.

KICKOFF

Our spring kickoff meeting, 10 a.m., Saturday, April 11, at the Plattsburgh Public Library, upstairs meeting room. If you have already renewed your plot you don't have to attend, although we're happy to see you and answer any questions you have. New gardeners should come if they can.

If you haven't renewed yet and you want to, it's a bit late to mail your check. Just come to the meeting right at 10 and pay then. Remember, at we start handing out unclaimed plots at about 10:15.

WORK DAY

Our first Work Day 10 a.m. Saturday, April 18, the same time as the new gardener orientation, which will be held at the Penfield Garden. Come to Penfield and help us clean the shed. At PHA, work days are less organized, but do what you can, when you can.

SAVE THE DATE -- STREET DRIVE

Our annual street drive will be Saturday, June 13, and we could use some help. Please plan to join us that morning for a couple hours, working the intersection of Cornelia and Beekman.
