Please excuse the second message in two days.
Penfield Gardeners,
The spigot for the water at the Penfield garden was over-tightened and the handle was damaged. It is working now. However, there is no reason to adjust it. The spigot can remain open and the flow be turned on and off with the small levers just below it.
We will replace the handle in the future.
