Thr Night Run, Pleasant Valley Bird, 6PM

Hi All;

This week's Thursday night run will be from the Pleasant Valley Bird Sanctuary. The bird sanctuary is behind Kennedy Park in Lenox at 472 West Mountain Road.

Directions are from Rt 7 / Rt 20 south In Lenox turn right onto West Dugway Road (Just before the Arcadian Shop) .  About a mile in on West Dugway Road, be sure to bare left at the fork. The sanctuary is 1.6 miles (from Rt 7 / 20) ahead on the right.

The run starts at 6PM.  

Runners will do the Wild Thing Race root in the woods at Kennedy Park. Walkers will do the road or woods.
