Hey guys! So I think we should go with Levels. It is $28 per person if under the age of 21 and $35 for 21 years and up. Even if a 21+ doesn't plan on drinking, that is still the cost because they have access to the bar. There is food from other outback or Rotelli's offered and endless supply of water/juice/soda for the underages. There is a two hour open bar for the 21 and over crowd. They provide the Dj, photographer, and security. There is a $2,500 minimum deposit due for the venue but thats fine because if we have 150 people and If  with 100 being under 21 years old and 50 are over 21 years old, our total will be as follows:

100 x $28 = $2,800

50 x $35 = $1,750

Total event cost is $4,550.

The deposit is $2,500 and the balance due is $2,050.

If you have questions about the finances, talk to me in person because it's difficult to explain over email. Point it, it's only $28-35 per person.ANd as long as we have enough people to cover the minimum, all is good!  We can discuss maybe covering part of the cost if we wanted to do that as well. The event will be from 8-10 or 8-10:30 before they have to open up to the public. The date for levels would be March 29th! I think that's all I have to share. Please text me or the group or email me back or whatever if this date is good so I can book it! Any other question, feel free to ask! Also, if you still want to consider the Atherton Hotel, let me know. I do have info on that, it's just more expensive and dinner is required. Okay I'm done rambling now.

Daryanne, I think you are doing a great job getting everything together. This sounds like a great option, and TBH, levels is always empty so although its only 8-10:30, it will prob end up just being all over us! This sounds great, and I am really excited that for once we are actually having a legit formal.
