Here is the outline for the final report. Feel free to base it off of the one you got last year (it's basically the same template) and add in anything you want. Be as
detailed as possible (you know if the report you got was detailed enough!) So if it wasn't, lay out
ALL information the new chair will need to know. Most of us are graduating so this will be a huge help for them. Some specifics - Tim I'm not sure if Katy made one last year, so Erin if you can do a finance once then that will be good for the new VP we can just teach them the finance procedures as well as other things (listserv, reserving rooms, etc) and Ari and Matt, you can just turn in the same one you do the AAF. As far as co chairs, just one between the two of you is perfect! Please have these done by
March 23rd so we can send them right away to the whoever is in the new position! Thanks :)
