looking for PIK 20E stabilizer or help in fixing

Hello everybody , My name is Uli .I just joined this group after reading through it for some weeks . I am the new owner of a Pik 20 E what is in need of some work to get it back in flying condition . The worst part in my eyes is that it has loose hinge pins ( the once with the bearings ) on the stabilizer to elevator  connection . If some one has a good used stabilizer from a wrecked PIK 20E . I would like to buy it .Otherwise is there an AMO  in western Canada who could work on this part I am located in the Yukon) ? 

A previous owner had already fixed it but I don't know if that is trustworthy because one fitting loosened up again .
