Salam & Good Day,

Since we will be having a visitor from the prestigious ITU-T tomorrow, I would like to have all students & postdoc to be available in the lab during the visit at 11am & then attend the talk at 12pm at level 2, tower block. Except for those who have teaching or other important commitments, attendance is considered as compulsory. The schedule is as follows. Please be ready & keep the lab tidy. Thanks.

Alhamdulillah, MCMC and WiPNET and have finalised the agenda for ITU - Technical Standardisation Bureau (TSB) Director Visit to WiPNETon 20 April 2016 (next Wednesday).

1) All staff and students are invited to attend the public talk (12pm, Dewan Taklimat, Level 2, Tower Block).
2) Appreciate if we could make sure all PG students are at their workstations during the visit.

11.00 AM	Arrive at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to visit Research Centre of Excellence for Wireless and Photonics Network (WiPNET) - Presentation of on-going research projects in Photonics and Wireless Group, Level 11, WiPNET Meeting Room (PIC: MHY, AS, MAA) - Visit to Wireless Lab, Level 4, Tower Block (PIC: Lab Coordinator, Assistant Engineer) - Visit to Photonics Lab, Ground Level, Tower Block (PIC: Lab Coordinator, Assistant Engineer)
12.00 PM	Public talk by Dr Chesub Lee on ITU activities, programmes & membership - Dewan Taklimat, Level 2, Tower Block (all staff and PGs are invited)
12.30 PM	Lunch with UPM Researchers & Academicians
2.00 PM	Depart to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)
2.30 PM	Arrive at UKM to visit Research Centre PIC: Prof Mahamod
3.30 PM	Tea with UKM Researchers & Academicians
4.30 PM	Visit ends
