One officer must submit the Annual Report
Form to chaptersa...@osa.org on behalf of your OSA Student Chapter by 31 May 2015. This
report is required to remain in good standing and eligible for benefits.
All information provided should be current and applicable to the
upcoming year. If you have not yet held elections for new officers, please note that you should submit the report by 31 May and then submit a separate
Officer Update Request Form after you have held
elections. Full details on the requirements for good standing, your chapter’s roster and annual reports are now available at osa.org/manageachapter.
Early
Bird Deadline: If your chapter sends the completed report by 30 April, it will be entered in a drawing to win $100 USD!
