Oh, gosh, now that I post to it it shows me that it's closed down.

Why am I always fighting? It seems that now that I am a landowner I am
always dealing with something or the other. A permit for this or for
that. Driveways are particularly problematic, at least here in the
eastern United States of America, the name that should apply to almost
half the world, but only applies to one itsy bitsy country that claims
to be the most powerful... but not for long.... We are on our way down.
We are wrong. We are greedy beyond the laws of supply and demand. Hell,
capitalism isn't even a going theory, just like socialism and
communism. With the new world of technology, none of these labor models
apply. What are we going to pay a computer $50,000 a year to retire?
Health care???? Hourly wage????? Nah. This current culture worldwise is
going to decline. The current China labor wage is not even an issue.
Get ready for a new world.
