MotoGP Group Update

I'm guilty of ordering late and haven't received my tickets yet, so I'm not certain what the ticket package looks like. My understanding is that there should be details and vouchers for the group benefits included with the tickets.

About the parade lap:  I've been told that riders will get their parade lap at IMS on the day after the race, Monday, September 15. Again, there should be a voucher and details included in your ticket package.

If you had originally purchased your tickets individually and called to get them added to our group, make certain that you've received the extra materials before you head out to IMS. I've just found out the details for a club purchase here -- I won't have any leverage to actually make anything happen for you during race weekend. So everyone be certain you understand what vouchers or documents you should receive to get your free bike parking, your parade lap on Monday, your discount at the IMS store, etc.

If you still need to buy tickets, you can call Zach Huston from Indianapolis Motor Speedway at 317-492-8411, tell him you are with the VinMoto.org group and that you need to purchase tickets or link your existing account to the group. If you're having trouble getting to Zach at that number, you can call the group sales office at (317) 492-8100 and ask for him.
