Shared Space for Virtual Production etc

Hi, 

The Covid era was a good time to be working from my small rowhouse space, despite the constraints. Now, though, it's getting a bit cramped, and there's not really much room for moving a camera about in, or storing the materials and tools I use for fabrication of accessories. 

Does anyone know of or have a shared space they might recommend? I've read about REC Philly, but that seems focused on bringing inexperienced people into production and I don't think it'd be an ideal fit.
