first DocuTrack system, Integra, Inc. celebrates its 200th DocuTrack
customer.
“Our goal at Integra, from the beginning, has been to provide
innovative, functional healthcare products coupled with excellent
customer service, at a reasonable price point,” said Kevin Welch,
Integra CEO. “Through this philosophy we have rapidly expanded our
customer base and have now reached 200 satisfied customers.”
Pharmacies using DocuTrack range in size from under 1,000 beds to over
50,000 beds. More than 5,000 end users currently utilize DocuTrack for
their daily workflow and document management needs. DocuTrack also
enables various multi-site pharmacy customers to provide hub and spoke
business models and consolidate departments such as order entry,
medical records and billing.
DocuTrack is used by some of the nation’s largest pharmacy service
providers including Chem Rx. The third largest Long Term Care pharmacy
in the United States, Chem Rx currently services all of New York
State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Integra took them live
with DocuTrack at the end of February 2008, initially training over 80
end users.
