Web site design for all

Well here is my very rough draft of the web site design.
Please everyone add your input!
What have I left off? What should be changed? Anyone here good at this
and want to lead the design and graphics of it? Once we have a good
idea of this the Django team can really get to work.

Django team. One of the first things we need is sign in and sign up
page with an input about the kind of user it is that signs up.

The attached file is a PDF and also in Scribus 1.3.4 that I wrote it with.
