Today, September 27, Brittany Novotny announced her candidacy for House District 84 in Oklahoma City. She is a civil rights/employment attorney working with members of the American Federation of Government Employees Local 916. Brittany has been a hardworking member of the Democratic Party and serves as the National Committeewoman for the Young Democrats of Oklahoma. Her opponent is incumbent Rep. Sally Kern. In her statement to the press, Brittany stated that, “The voters of HD 84 deserve a representative who will fight for them. So today, I’m officially announcing my candidacy for State Representative in HD 84.”
