Dear Students at UPenn,

My name is Hamna and I'm writing to you on behalf of the third annual Harvard Pakistan Forum (HPF), which will be held on April 16th and 17th, 2016 at Harvard University. The theme for this year's conference is Pakistan in the World. Over the course of two days, we hope to focus on the efficacy of Pakistan's foreign policy and the intractability of social issues that Pakistan suffers from. 

HPF will facilitate interaction at every level of the conference by providing a platform for discussion between panelists, keynote speakers, and over 250 attendees. We are committed to facilitating constructive discourse, and we hope to engender a positive problem-solving attitude among all present.
