Hey all!
Hope you survived fling (we're feeling post fling blues already!
1- Jibran Nasir this Thursday!!!
Join the Penn Pakistan Society this Thursday (23rd April) in F45 at 6pm in welcoming Mohammad Jibran Nasir, a fearless activist responsible for several ongoing protests against militancy in Pakistan, including the campaign to arrest Abdul Aziz and reclaim our mosques. He is working tirelessly to create a more religiously tolerant, safe and peaceful Pakistan - A Pakistan for All. This is sure to be a lively and insightful discussion and there will be a Q&A session afterwards. Come learn how you can join the movement to rid Pakistan of violent extremism.
2- Pakistani food survey
A member of PPS, Zohair, is writing his final paper for a class on the regional identity of Pakistani cuisine. It is gonna be super interesting and fun to read plus he is totally willing to let you read it after he is done. But, first, he has to do some research.
