With convention just around the corner, there has been quite a bit of chat on the LowerMidwestRex group about how to encourage youth breeders.  I have been concerned about this issue on several levels, and, in response, we have written a specific plan for assisting youth breeders that we feel is generous to youths we help and fair to us, as the breeders.
