Hi everyone!

First of all, thanks to everyone who made our St. Patrick's Day event a possibility and a success. I'm very grateful personally, but it's also an important step for the club. I also know that I've been wrapped up in making that happen, so here are some things I have planned for April:

 Meeting - Friday, April 4 - 5-6 p.m. in Arch 110
Rare as a shooting star, it's a meeting! We've only got a little bit left in the year, and I think it would be good to sit down and lay out some goals for next year while there's still some time before the transition. It's right before the Irish workshop, so if you can come by it'd be great.

 Irish Gaelic Workshop - Friday, April 4 - 6-7 p.m. in Arch 110
Ever found yourself wishing that you were able to understand Irish spelling, or that you could say more than "a hundred thousand welcomes," or that you could just get a vague sense of what your Irish ancestors talked like? Or do you have a general interest in acquiring languages? One of our members - the lovely Amber McCoy - is going to be leading a beginners Irish language workshop! RSVP here.

This is an annual event that the UMC puts on, and the constituent groups all contribute something different, such as food (what we'll be doing), performances, or games. If nothing else, stop by and see what each group has to offer! FB Event here

It would be great to slate some other things as well (movie night, bar outing), and I will try, but I'm sure you all know that April is a tricky month.

Alright, that's all for now. Have a good weekend!

Catherine
