urgent prayer request for two women in danger of death

Blessings and all good, fellow penitents, friends, inquirers, affiliates, and associates of the Confraternity of Penitents,

 

And a most blessed Mothers' Day to all mothers on this list. Remember, there are biological mothers who are not spiritual mothers (sadly) and there are many spiritual mothers who are not biological mothers. So if you have strengthened someone on his or her faith journey through life, then you are a spiritual mother whether or not you have actually conceived and borne a child. So Happy Mothers' Day to all!

 

We have just received this urgent prayer request from Rita Farnsworth. Please keep Patty and Judy in your prayers, for full healing for both of them.

 

Dear Friends,
One of my coworkers sought me out yesterday and asked if I could get his prayer request out to as many people as possible.  Please forward this request to your other prayer contacts.

On Monday 5/11 Judi Dillon will undergo surgery to donate 60% of her liver to her sister Patty in a transplant effort to save her life.  Prayers are asked because they will both be suseptable to many complications and in danger of loosing their lives. Please keep them in your prayers.

When I asked him why 60% he said this will give Patty a good chance and apparently your liver regeneraties and it will take about a year but if all goes well Judi's body should have about a full size liver again by then.  He asks that all go well with the surgery and this regeneration be the case for Patti.
