Alexander Spencer-Churchill is a 7th cousin of a parent of Scarlett Strutt.

Indeed, William Anne van Keppel, Earl of Albemarle (1702-1754) and his wife Anne Lennox (1703-1789) are at the same time

They got married in Suffolk on 14 May 2016.  Among the wedding guests were Lord Frederick Windsor with the former Florence Brudenell-Bruce (now married to Henry St George, a cousin of the Duke of Grafton_).   Sarah, Duchess of York and her royal daughters were invited, but chose to go to the London society wedding of Lord Lovat and Hon Petra Palumbo.

Some minor points: Jeremy Stephen Maas (1928-1997), of Suffolk House, was an art dealer; one of his sons, Rupert, is an expert on paintings for the Antiques Roadshow. J. S. Maas's wife was Antonia Armstrong, dau. of the writer George Anthony Armstrong Willis (pen name Anthony Armstrong), of that family of Enniskillen, co. Fermanagh (also of Monmouth, Monmouthshire, and elsewhere).
