Second wife from December 1972 to 197 of Kenneth Oliver Musgrave St.John, 7th Viscount Bolingbroke and 8th Viscount St.John (1927-2010). Mother of Oliver (b.Jan 1972) and Nicholas, 9th Viscount Bolingbroke and 10th Viscount St.John (b.1974).

Note that she was survived by a grandson, but I don't know whether he is Oliver's or Nicholas'.

If James is Nicholas' son, he might be heir apparent to the titles. However, I have been unable to find anything online with more information about this.

I wonder whether that is correct, though. It says that this "Nick" was educated at Lynfield College, Class of 1986. Lynfield College is said to be a secondary school. Lord Bolingbroke is said to have been born 1974. Would he have been in the Class of 1986?
