From the Telegraph of 6 Nov 2025: ALLGOOD Charles Noel (Snabdough). Died peacefully at Close House Nursing Home on Monday 27th October 2025 aged 80 years. Beloved partner of Joyce and a much loved uncle. Private burial. Service of Thanksgiving at St Mungo's Church, Simonburn on Friday 21st November at 2 p.m.

He was middle son of Capt Guy Hunter ALLGOOD 1892-1970 sometime head of that gentry family of Nunwick and Jane Isabelle Mary 1912-52 d of Maj Hon Charles Hubert Francis NOEL 1885-1947 (s of 3^rd Earl of GAINSBOROUGH 1850-1926) and Jane Frances Regina Mary (May) 1884-1964 d of Brig-Gen Archibald Campbell Douglas DICK CB CMG 1847-1927 and Isabelle 1863-1931 d of John PARROTT 1811-84 of San Francisco and Abigail Eastman MEAGHER 1829-1917.
