You just beat me to it - well done! For what it's worth, here's the more detailed information on Lord CAMPBELL of PITTENWEEM that I was writing out:

The life peer Lord Campbell of Pittenweem has died aged 84. 

He was born Walter Menzies CAMPBELL on 22 May 1941, s of George Alexander CAMPBELL of Glasgow. He served as Member of Parliament (Liberal, then Liberal Democrat) for North East Fife from 1987-2015. He was awarded a CBE in 1987 and further honoured with a knighthood in 2004 and a CH in 2013 before being granted a Life Peerage as Baron Campbell of Pittenweem on 13 October 2015.

He married in 1970 (as her 2nd h) Elspeth Mary, formerly Lady GRANT-SUTTIE nee URQUHART 1940-2023 (dau of Major-General Robert Elliott URQUHART CB DSO and Bar 1901-88 by his w Pamela CONDON d 2006). No issue of the marriage. Her first husband from 1962-69 was Sir George Philip GRANT-SUTTIE, 8th Baronet of Balgone (Nova Scotia, cr 1702) 1938-97, by whom she had 1 son, Sir James GRANT-SUTTIE, 9th and present Baronet b 1965.

I also happened to check his Wikipedia page. 

 Evidently, His Lordship was quite the sprinter in his youth, and was a member of the 1964 UK Olympic team at the Tokyo Games.
