She m 1963 the 7th Earl of LUCAN (b 1934, d on or after 8 Nov 1974) and had a son (the present 8th Earl (b 1967) who married in 2016, as reported elsewhere on this website) and 2 daus.

Notice published in the Times of 8 November 2017: BINGHAM , DOWAGER COUNTESS OF LUCAN  Veronica Mary on 26th September 2017. Private funeral, but prayers will be said in Veronica's memory during holy communion, at St George's, Hanover Square, London, W.1, commencing 10.55am, on Sunday 12th November 2017. Any donations in Veronica's name to Shelter.

This confirms the date of death as the day before the media published news of the event.
