The Honourable Mrs Sebastian DAVID died 19 March 2018, aged 84.

She was born Eva ROSS in 1933 (reg Q4 Alnwick), dau of James ROSS by his c 1933 m (reg Q1 1933 Morpeth) to Eva LIDDELL. She m 1963 Hon (Richard) Sebastian DAVID b 1940 s of Richard William DAVID CBE d 1993 by his 1935 m to the Life Peeress BARONESS DAVID 1913-2009. They had 1 son and 2 daughters.

Apologies if this is old news and already reflected in DPB online. This lady was listed as still living in DPB 2019. I also searched the group archive and couldn't find any other posts related to her.

You shouldn't apologise for posting here. It's always great to see fellow posters providing updates. Also, it doesn't matter whether DPB online has been updated. The purpose of posts here is to update this group. It's a secondary matter whether that helps those working on or subscribing to DPB online. Many members in this group will not subscribe to DPB online, and it is on the information provided to this group (free, without subscription costs) they rely.

Thank you for your very helpful and encouraging reply. I agree with you - one of the things I particularly appreciate about this group is the sense of community and everybody supporting each other in their work. That makes a lot more sense now about the purpose of posts here. Thank you for clarifying. I absolutely agree with you that it's important for this knowledge to be freely available, not hidden behind a paywall. We're very fortunate to be among like-minded people with such a wide range of knowledge, expertise and interests in peerage, baronetage and gentry-related topics in this group. I look forward to (unapologetically!) posting more and reading other members' posts as I have opportunity.
