From the Times of 6 November 2017: BERKELEY  Robert John Grantley of Berkley, Gloucestershire and of Spetchley, Worcestershire, died peacefully at home on 2nd November 2017, aged 86. Much-loved husband of Georgina, brother of Juliet, father of Charles and Henry and grandfather Violet, Wilfrid and Mary. Private family funeral. Requiem to be announced.

He was s of Capt Robert George Wilmot BERKELEY (1898-1969), scion of the BERKELEY barons, and Hon Myrtle Emmeline Theresa DORMER (1907-82, d of 14th Baron DORMER (1864-1922)). He m 1967 Georgina Bridget d of Maj Andrew Charles STIRLING HOME DRUMMOND MORAY (1906-71), scion of the Scots gentry family of that name of Abercairny, and a scion of the KENSINGTON barons, and had two sons as above.
