From the Telegraph of 7 March 2026: Mr C.B. Barnett and Miss E.S. Baring - The engagement is announced between Christopher Bentley, second son of Mr Antony Barnett and Mrs Katharine Barnett, of Bath, and Emily Sarah, daughter of Mr and Mrs Edward Baring, of London.

Emily Sarah b 1998 d of Edward Richard Philip BARING b 1962 (3xgt gs of Sir Francis BARING 1 Bt 1740-1810 who was f of 1 Baron ASHBURTON 1774-1848 and gf of 1 Baron NORTHBROOK 1796-1866, 1 Baron REVELSTOKE 1828-97 and 1 Earl of CROMER 1841-1917) and Marianne b c1964 d of Lawrence STANTON.

It is rather odd that Debrett's (both the last print edition and the online database) have omitted Edward Baring b 1962, the bride to be's father.  His younger half sister Constance Nina is included though. If you wish to check the database you have to look under Baring Baronet 1793 rather than under Northbrook B as in the print edition. Edward Baring's mother was a da of the 6th Baron Grantley and formerly wife of the 3rd Viscount Astor.
