Verney, Caroline Evelyn died peacefully at home on Tuesday 13th July aged 85. A brave and wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend to so many. She will be hugely missed. Cremation at North Wiltshire Crematorium, Royal Wootton Bassett on 29th July at 2.00 pm.

Not 100 % sure, but she could well be Caroline Evelyn Harford, born 1935 as the eldest child and daughter of George Anthony Harford - LG family - and his wife Margaret Hotham - of the barons.

She married 1959 (div. 1982) Peter Vivian Lloyd-Verney - of the Verney of Claydon House baronets - and had issue: Harry George Vivian (1960), Louisa Margaret (1962) and Henrietta Nell (1965).
