According to a GRO search she died  Q1 2021 Somerset.

She m 1948 (as his 1st wife, diss 1963) 5th Baron CROFTON, 2ndly 1964 (diss 1972) Robert Thomas Francis FLACH, 3rdly 1973 (diss 1976) Guy BROOKE. After her 3rd divorce she resumed her maiden name.  She had issue by her 1st marriage: 4 sons & 1 dau, including the 6th & 7th Barons.  Of her children, only her dau outlived her.

If I am reading Debretts correctly it appears that the 5th Baron's second wife (Mary FRIEND) had previously been married to Robert FLACH (ante) - what a world!

She was the daughter of Gp Capt Charles Herbert TIGHE, OBE, DFC (13 VII 1903 - ?), of that landed gentry (LG) family, of Woodstock Park, Inistioge, County Kilkenny, and his wife (married 2 I 1926), Mona Eileen FLYNN. She and her first husband were third cousins, both being great-great-grandchildren of Daniel Bunbury-Tighe and his wife, the Hon Frances Crofton (their daughter having married her first cousin, son of the 2nd Baron Crofton), for which relationship see below:

Her mother, née Mona Eileen FLYNN, was the third daughter of Joseph J FLYNN, JP and his wife Tessa ALLINGHAM, daughter of the poet, William ALLINGHAM (19 III 1824 - 18 XI 1889), and his wife (married 22 VIII 1874), Helen Mary Elizabeth PATERSON (26 IX 1848 - 28 IX 1926), who was a watercolour painter under her married name.

 

Her second husband (married 11 VIII 1964, divorced 1972), Robert Thomas Francis FLACH (1 II 1923 - 2013), was indeed, the first husband of (as his first wife) her first husband's second wife, Mrs Mary Irvine FLACH, née FRIEND (24 IX 1920 - 29 VII 2011), the eldest daughter of Maj James Irvine Hatfeild FRIEND, OBE, MC (10 XI 1884 - 16 V 1955), sometime head of that LG family, of Eastnorthdown, Margate, Kent and Winnington Grange, Market Drayton, Shropshire. Mr Flach had two sons from his first marriage, Col Peter Robert Cowley FLACH, LVO, MBE (born 8 I 1953) and Timothy Irvine FLACH (born 16 IV 1958), and one son, Alexander O S FLACH (born 1965), from his second marriage to Ann Tighe. He appears to have been married thirdly, in 1976, to (as her second husband) Mrs Elizabeth A BARNARD, formerly HOLMES.

 

Col Peter Flach was the husband (married 1988) of Sarah Marily SHARPLEY (4 II 1952 - 11 VIII 1991), the daughter of F/Lt John Edward SHARPLEY (1915 - 4 I 2000) and his wife (married 4 V 1946), Elizabeth JARDINE (14 V 1921 - 22 VI 2008), the elder daughter of Maj-Gen Sir Colin Arthur JARDINE, 3rd Bt, CB, DSO, MC (24 IX 1892 - 24 IX 1957) and his wife (married 1 V 1919), Jean Evelyn Livesey LIDDELL (13 IV 1895 -1987).

 

Col Flach and his wife had one son, Edward Marcus Irvine FLACH (born IV 1989), who is the husband (engaged 2016) of Katherine Tracy ("Katie") NOBLE (born II 1987), daughter of Philip NOBLE (born 12 VI 1955) and his wife (marriage registered Q4 1983 - Windsor & Maidenhead), Tracy Edwina HARRISON (born 5 VI 1957). It appears that the following (births all registered in Westminster, mother's maiden name Noble) are likely to be their children: Harrison Edward FLACH (Q3 2017), Noah Philip FLACH (Q2 2019) and Ava Charlotte S FLACH (Q4 2021).
