Sir Arthur Clarke-Jervoise, 3rd Bt., had a son born before marriage, who does not appear in the usual peerage genealogies, though he was not exactly unknown. Apparently, after the 7th Baronet died in 1933, this son purchased the family estate, and was the last to live there.

He was:

Maj Arthur Francis Clarke-Jervoise
Birth
20 Jul 1882
Scotland
Death
13 Dec 1974 (aged 92)
Horndean, East Hampshire District, Hampshire, England
Burial
St Michael and All Angels Churchyard
Chalton, East Hampshire District, Hampshire, England

There is a good history of the family and the Idsworth estate here:

Totally by coincidence, the death of another Clarke-Jervoise was published in The Telegraph today:

Kenneth Francis Clarke-Jervoise. Passed away peacefully at the Hospiten de Estapona on 2nd June with his wife Cynthia at his bedside. Ken educated at Sherborne School spent many years in the Far East working as an International Banker before retiring to live in Spain.

Apparently Kenneth's father was a son of the 7th Bt., born before marriage.
