From the Telegraph of 22 June 2016: COWLEY  Garret Graham Wellesley, 7th Earl Cowley, died on June 17th 2016 aged 81. Beloved husband of Carola and the late Paige. Father of Tara and Graham. Père to Jennifer, Heidi, Hilary, Sarah and Johnna. Memorial Requiem Mass on Thursday 7th July at 3 p.m. in the Church of Our Most Holy Redeemer and St Thomas More, 7 Cheyne Row, London SW3 5HS. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Barts Charity SPF 9094.

He was s of 4th Earl COWLEY (1890-1962) and and his 2nd w Mary (Elsie) May HIMES of San Francisco (d 2002). He m 1st 1960 (div 1967) Elizabeth Suzanne d of Haynes LENNON of South Carolina, and had issue. He m 2nd 1968 (div 1981) Isabelle O'BREADY of Quebec, Canada, no issue. He m 3rd 1981 Paige DEMING (d 2008) of Nevada, USA, no issue. He m 4th 2012 (her 3rd m) Carola Marion ERSKINE-HILL (b 1943), scion of the Bts of that name and formerly wife of Sir Richard David Christopher BROOKE 11th Bt (d 2012) and Robin Andrew STORMONTH DARLING (1926-2009), no issue. He is succeeded by his son from his 1st m:

Garret Graham WELLESLEY (b 1965), 8th Earl Cowley (has yet to establish his claim and appear on The Peerage Roll). He m 1990 Claire Loraine d of Peter W BRIGHTON of Stow Bridge, Norfolk, and has issue:

My guess is Sarah Paige the dau of her mother by another man.

Using the 2015 edn of Debrett's, I take the line of succession to be:

1. Hon Henry Arthur Peter WELLESLEY (b 1991), elder son & ha of the 8th & present earl

2. Hon Bertram Garret Graham WELLESLEY (b 1999), younger son of the 8th & present. earl

3. Hon Brian Timothy WELLESLEY (b 1938) brother of the 7th earl. Married thrice without issue

4. Henry Arthur Winston Butler WELLESLEY (b 1970) gs of 3rd earl

5. Jay Fabian WELLESLEY (b 2001), son of No 4 (I take this person to be male)

6. Richard Valerian WELLESLEY (b 1972), brother of No 4 and gs of 3rd earl

(The following in remainder to the Barony of Cowley of Wellesley only, descendants of the 1st Baron was father of the 1st Earl Cowley)

Further to the query re Sarah Paige's parentage. Today's (13 July) obit in The Times refers to Lord Cowley's third marriage "...from 1980 until her death in 2008 to Paige Deming. He was known as "Pere" by her five daughters..."   Which suggests Sarah wasn't his daughter.
