Her husband is at present the oldest sitting member of the House of Lords, although he hasn't spoken or voted in the house since 2019

She might have been.

The longest lived one I could find was Ethel Sydney Keith-Falconer, the (11th) Countess of Kintore, who died 1 day after her 100h birthday (Sept. 20, 1874-Sept. 21, 1974).

I think the question needs to be clarified.

Among everyone mentioned here, the only one who was an actual peeress in her own right was the  (11th) Countess of Kintore.

Baroness Christopher was the wife of the life peer, Baron Christopher.

Baroness Milverton was the wife of the 1st Baron Milverton.

Baroness Killearn was the wife of the 1st Baron Killearn.

It is clear from my question whether I was referring to a "peeress" i.e. the wife of a peer vs a "peeress suo jure" or in her own right.
